I did a full reset.... and yeah I broke it ;)

I did a full reset. I now know that I shouldn't have. It seems to have screwed up my hub protect subscription. Help please!

Edit for more context: This is a new hub and I'm trying to migrate my old data to it via cloud backups, so I can migrate Z-wave smoothly. I can't do that at the moment since it doesn't think it has a valid subscription, even after a soft reset.
