These may all prove to be less than ideal with a local only hub.
GE bulbs are not well regarded for use on HE (hmm as are most of the GE/Wink products) I have a couple on my Hue bridge and they're working fine.
Tapt switches will work, sort of, need to be polled for physical events.
I believe you mentioned on another thread you have some Sylvania products, also mixed results. One version of the plug worked much worse for me than the other.
As for the rest, if you can supply exact models someone will have some experience with them.
