Hello,
My hue plug's state is not updating properly. When I turn it of via an external button (set as a trigger in a rule) the device itself switches off properly. However sometimes, not always, switch state in hubitat remains "on"...although the plug in reality is switched off.
Doing a refresh helps - so I wanted to automate this step with rule machine. However the device doesn't appear as a device that can be refreshed...
Now I don't know what to do .
