I can't add them, I tick them, and they auto-untick after a few seconds. If I'm quick and press next before it unticks, it doesn't add them. Running the latest firmware
I'm not able to reproduce this problem, though I have seen odd refresh issues with certain pages in the app before (not sure how to get it stuck there, but I think it might be related to navigating using the browser buttons instead of the app UI).
Here's what I'd suggest:
- Go back into the integration app from the "Apps" list and go directly to the motion sensors page to see if that helps.
- If that doesn't help, does using a different browser?
- If it does, what OS/browser were you using that had the problem?
- Also if it does, does clearing cache in that browser help?
- Any errors in "Logs"when you are able to select the sensors but they don't add?

Previously set up my first Motion Area successfully. But now, I'm getting the same thing; I select an Area, but it won't stick and I can't add any. Same behavior on my laptop (win 11), phone (android 16), and in the app. Hub is on 2.4.3.176 and all apps are up to date. I've rebooted the hub (w/db rebuild). Browser caches cleared. Nothing in the logs.
@TMLeafs, did you ever resolve the issue? If so, how?
It just worked if I kept trying. Doing it quickly if just one ticked, it worked fine after that
Yeah, really odd. It felt a little like a game of whack-a-mole. But, if you're quick enough you can get it to work. And I'm still quick enough thankfully.
