Hue Lights Not correctly responding to certain Scene commands

I recently Purchased a hubitat elevation C7 and am having issues with scenes controlling the 2 Hue play bars I have mounted behind my TV.

The issue is scenes will change the color and brightness of the bulbs but will not turn them on if they were previously turned off by another scene.

They fail to turn on if I use the RGB Color mode in the scenes app but they work as expected when using CT Mode

They can be turned on and off with no issue from the dashboard

what I'm trying to accomplish in the motion lighting app is to have one scene for daytime lighting (Ceiling lights 5000k @70% and TV lights Blue @50%) and one for night lighting (Ceiling lights off and TV lights Red @ 40%) the issue crops up when the lights are turned off by the motion sensor.

when the daytime scene is reactivated by the motion sensor the ceiling lights turn back on as expected but the play bars fail to turn on. When I check the dashboard the Play bars have been set to the correct color and brightness but not switched on.

if I use the CT mode in the scene the play bars turn on as expected but sometimes it seems like not all the commands the hubitat is sending to the lights are heard and acted upon.

If anyone knows whats going on help would be greatly appreciated Im also not sure what screenshots will be needed so let me know and ill will provide

Are the scenes you're talking about Hubitat scenes? If so, how many Hue lights or Hue groups are you manipulating at one time? Hue recommends a max of ten lights per second or one group per second, so if you have a lot, I could see that maybe being an (inconsistent) problem, but I'm not sure what would cause the issues you're describing. If the lights always work reliably from manual commands on the device page (or Dashboard, but I'd really take that out of the picture since it's just another app that could be getting in the way), then the problem is likely to be related to the app. Maybe share screenshots of the scene and app setup to see if anyone can spot anything?

They were Hubitat scenes and I had the bulbs paired directly to the hub. everything worked fine once I connected the bulbs back to the hue bridge and used the Bridge Link Feature everything worked as expected, I suspect it was related to the fact that I never allowed the hub time to properly build the ZigBee network (Only learned about that recently) but I really have no idea.
