What is the "next scene"? There is no native concept of this in Hue. You'd have to create similar functionality using some automation on the hub of your own creation (in a similar way to what the Hue app lets you do for these devices, though they can cheat and use native Zigbee scenes and group broadcasts sent by the devices themselves, so it's probably a bit smoother...), which it sounds like you're doing in your other topic already:
