Pointed this out in another related thread, but I guess it got missed ...
For a HUE bulb device, no matter what color is chosen, the "Current States color" field on its Device page doesn't get updated (at least for me) ... examples:
Color Blue(ish):
Color ... uh ... not Blue(ish)

The value, #D6FF33, was the last value used for this bulb before the last two firmware updates. Currently, only a Minimote and the Button Controllers app is being used to control the bulb(s).
I'll be needing the RGB value in a future rule.
