Hubspace Bridge Not Working?

Installed the app as per Patel's instructions. Where do I find the IP address for the bridge? Running Window's 11 Pro. In the app tried to connect and it doesn't give an error - Hubspace account and password is correct. Tried Bridge Health and it gives the following
