Hubs are "offline"

I have three hubs. One of them is in Florida and is a C-8. The other 2 are located on the same property but are in different buildings ("cabin" and "barn") and on separate routers. These are both C-7 models. I am currently at the property that has the 2 C-7 hubs. The cabin hub I can connect to locally and through Hubitat.com. The other two I cannot connect to. When I go to the barn it will not connect locally and I cannot reach it through remote administration (it says "offline"). The C-8 in Florida I cannot reach through remote administration (It also says "offline").

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I assume you have tried to shut down the routers and and hubs (including unplugging for 30 seconds). I know Spectrum, has had some network issues lately with all of the rain we got in the past week.

Has there been any updates to the router firmware lately?

Are other devices that are on the routers connecting to the internet ok?
