I am trying to renew my subscriptions to Hubitat remote access & cloud backup. My credit card had expired so I put in a new one. When I try to make the new card the default card I get this message from WordPress: "WordPress has encountered a critical error on this page. " I've added a different credit card, same problem. I send an message to Hubitat and haven't heard anything. In the meantime my subscriptions have been cancelled. Any thoughts how to proceed?

So I don't have remote access until this is completed? Currently I get a message that I'm not subscribed to remote access. I'm going out of town tomorrow, and I rely on remote access to check certain things and make sure my home is safe. What do you recommend I do in the meantime (without having to host my own VPN at home)?
Have you tried signing up again? This particular issue has been resolved a few days ago.
