I’ve had my Hubitat running for a few years now and I wanted to get a more stable connection with my alarm components so I just got a Konnected Panel Pro to use the ethernet port. I already have 4 Konnected wifi 6 zone panels operating through Hubitat. I installed the Konnected Pro app and Konnected Pro Device with OAuth enabled. When I try to discover the Panel Pro through the Konnected Pro app it doesn’t find it even after several minutes.
The Panel Pro is connected to my network. I can see it through Konnected’s own app. It is running the 1.1.4.2 firmware. My Hubitat C7 is on 2.3.9.201.
I’ve tried rebooting the Panel Pro and Hubitat and that doesn’t help. Any ideas?
I only have the wifi panels. Are both devices on the same local subnet? Did you setup a DHCP Reservation in your router for the Ethernet. You might have more luck over at the Konnected forum I'm not sure if @nate is on these forums much, Have you tried flashing the Pro with the New ESPhome setup? I'm switching all my Panels over to it, It's a much faster and more stable connection so far and setting up new panels is so much easier than with the Konnected connect app
Thanks for the response. I was able to add it to Hubitat as a virtual device which I missed in the instructions. I was also able to add its address. But, the Konnected Pro app within Hubitat still can’t find the panel. I’ll have to look into ESPHome and try the Konnected forum.
