Hubitat will not update from .193 to .196

Hi,

I tried to update the hub but selecting the .196 update only results ina message saying 'Currently running on /.../.193. No updates available'.

Please advise.

It won't update without a cloud connection. To re-establish you'll need reboot your hub.
