Hubitat unresponsive after 2.3.4.139

After updating from 2.3.4.128 to 2.3.4.139, I've had 2 times when Hubitat went unresponsive. Green light is on, but I can't bring up the UI, HomeKit devices show no response and I can't see anything in the mobile app. If I cycle power, it comes back online. This is the first time I've ever seen Hubitat lock up.

If I want to revert to a previous version, is it as simple as restoring the backup I saved before updating?

No.

The Platform is reverted via the Diagnostic Menu:

Go to Settings: Backup and Restore and you find a small:

on that page. Click it and you're at the Diagnostic Menu. It wants the hub's MAC address (with punctuation). Then choose Restore Previous Version.

The backup you reference probably doesn't need to be used when the Platform versions are ultra close.

While you can restore, this indicates a larger issue. Likely database corruption. Get to the hub's menu. under settings go to backup and restore. Hit the download button to get a fresh backup downloaded to your pc.

After that is complete go to yourhubsip:8081 and do a soft restore. Upon reboot restore from the download you made. This will clean your database.

I read that just doing a restore of a saved backup now automatically does the soft reset in the process.
One stop shopping
