Hubitat support is no longer responding


Hello, Hubitat support (support@hubitat.com) is no longer responding to inquiries and warranty claims: You have reached an unmonitored mailbox, please contact the Hubitat support page.
Does anyone know what is going on there?

That inbox has been unmonitored for a very long time.

As the auto-response explains, you can get help here in this forum or at the support portal web page.

Welcome to the Hubitat community.

I am not sure where you found that email, it hasn't worked for many years now. There are new ways to contact support as noted in that auto-reply like Mark posted above. It would be helpful if you could point us to where you found that email so it can be removed to prevent others from finding and trying that email and being frustrated that it doesn't work or never receiving a response.

As to your issues, depending upon what is going on, posting on this forum is a good first step. Often we can help users work through an issue before support could read a trouble ticket, or if necessary we can direct support to read/reply to your posting here.

If you are needing warranty support, there is a Support button at the top of this page that will take you to the page where you can file a warranty claim.
