Hello, I see I was way way off on my advice, but glad to see Bobby got it sorted out for you.
I just got the chops to finally fire up my C7, as after seeing your predicament I thought I shouldn't wait any longer in case of issues. Happy to report mine fired right up

Well they sending me a new one, at least service is great with hubitat, unfortunate it happened this way but all good
