I am new to Groovy and Hubitat. Is the code for the provided drivers and apps readily available for me to help jumpstart some projects and help to understand how the language works with hubitat?
The code for built-in apps and drivers isn't available. There are other examples on Hubitat's GitHub.
And numerous examples of community written apps and drivers.

Along with @aaiyar excellent pointer.. there's a Community github too.
... but read the licenses. Make sure you credit those who are due credit.
