I can't figure out how to contact Hubitat Customer Support, so any pointers on how I should do so would be helpful.
A week or more ago, I purchased Hubitat Protect for three of my hubs, but for some reason, all three subscriptions were allocated to the same hub. I responded to the email confirming the subscriptions (the address is subscriptions@hubitat.com) and asked for this issue to be fixed, but no one has gotten back to me.
I have the same issue. It seems that if you go to My Hubitat and add hub protect to an additional hub, it adds it to the hub that you currently have a subscription to. If you go to the settings page/backup page of your hub and add the subscription, it will add it to the hub you are currently on.
Unfortunately, we can't replicate this particular issue, however we have recently added a hub selector option on the Subscriptions page.

That's great. However, I am not sure how you get to that screen other than with the link you provided. The subscriptions link at the top of the page takes me to My Hubitat which does not have the drop down.
I am sorry. I was unclear. The link works. What I am saying is that I don't know how I, or anyone, would have gotten to it, without you having provided the link.
I cannot find another way to get to that page.
