Hubitat Protect subscriptions on wrong device

I can't figure out how to contact Hubitat Customer Support, so any pointers on how I should do so would be helpful.

A week or more ago, I purchased Hubitat Protect for three of my hubs, but for some reason, all three subscriptions were allocated to the same hub. I responded to the email confirming the subscriptions (the address is subscriptions@hubitat.com) and asked for this issue to be fixed, but no one has gotten back to me.

That's odd. I am checking your account and will send you a private message with what happened and how to move forward.

For future reference, there’s also the subscriptions support page, which has a web form you can fill in to ask for help with a subscription issue.
