every time i get out of the app (log out) and login to chose which hub i want to interact with, the app
create me a new mobile device so i have 4 of the same device. now the rules don't work because it's not the good device .
since its the same phone, why is the app create me a new device? even when a chose one to the device available and not create a new devic

Do you have more than one hub? Could these be your mobile device represented on each hub? Are they part of hub mesh?
yes i have 2 hub but no hub mesh yet, when a log to the second hub i only have my 2 phones
I'd take a look at the devices through the web ui to see if there is anything different about them. If are comfortable with deleting one or all of them you could try that to see if it makes a difference, but be sure to check if they are being used in any apps / rules

Another thing you can do is manually adjust the name of the devices to give you an idea which one they are. So that may be to name them by who's phone they are, as an example.

i did delete 2 of them and keeps the last one thinking it was fix, but no. it did create a new one when i check my hub at the office ans the new device on the same phone took the geofence at my office.
really weird later today i'm gonna erase all of the device and see what happening (i did create a virtual presence for my rules so i can delete and create without issue just change the device app in a rule)
thanks sburke781

Sounds like the phone is timing out or logging out (sleep mode?) and the hub sees it as a new login - should offer you the option of reusing a prior device in that instance though.

After more test it's probably a bug in the app.
I erase all of the device in the hub
I creatr a new device with the app
When into the app and add a * at the end of the name
Logout of the app login back in the app chose my second hub and chose witch device to use
Logout again and magic à second device in the first hub. I did back and forth and now I have 4 devices again in my first hub ans 2 devices in my second hub
@moncho1138 any ideas with this app issue?
We have identified this issue and working on a fix.

The new release did fix to duplication of mobile device but now it doesn't work for me . It does detect if I'm out of the geofence but doesn't let's to hub know
I've delete the device in the hub. And create a new one no go.
The only think to make it switch is in the app change the geofence radius
