Hubitat package manager update failure?

After updating Hubitat to latest 2.5.0.143 from 2.4.4.135, there were some App updates as well - Hubitat Package Manager, and Remote Builder v125 to v130. I ran the updates, it stalled, and I see this error in the logs:

I want back to the Hubitat Package Manager updates page, and now it only shows an update for Remote Builder being available. Did the package manager update succeed? Do I need to do anything?

I've had several package updates that didn't install. The error message said that the package should not be in use. Don't remember this happening before.

Edit: Just enabled logging for the app. Will report back with the next failure to update.

I could force the update by doing a repair.

HPM updating itself sometimes fails to return after updating due to the return point moving within the code.

When you browse to the HPM app’s main menu page now, which version do you see?
