It seems the Mode Manager is broken either after I added Life370 app or updated Hubitat to 2.1.5.124. Or I am just making a dumb mistake.
I have 2 Life360 presence sensors and have setup Hubitat to change modes based on those.
But unfortunately, the Mode Manager seems to completely ignore those.
Did you hit done in Mode Manager and and then go back in or was this the first time you had configured it that way? Have you enabled logging for Mode Manager and can you take a screenshot of those logs and upload them?
Do you see where Mode Manager is still set to "Day"?
You may want to refresh that screen after you set it to away mode to make sure that mode manager has caught up and is seeing the correct mode.
Also, in general, uploading videos that people have to watch is discouraged here on the forum. A screenshot is static and can be analyzed for longer than you choose to show it on the video. For example, I had to go back in several times to read all of the settings for your mode manager app. A screenshot with a written description of what you are expecting and what is happening is usually what is preferred by Hubitat staff in these instances.

Yes, also restarted the Hub multiple times refreshing each page every time after every action on multiple devices. Was all the same.

Just enabled (and then later disabled) the logging on the mode manager app and the 2 sensors.
It seems to have started working after that. I have no idea how or why
I seem to have a very similar issue. If I had "Enable Logging" on, it would ONLY switch to Day mode for me.
In testing I restarted, tried different values for Day, Evening and Night, nothing worked. Figured I would turn OFF logging and noticed it started working.
Just figured I would post in case it would help someone in the future.
I contacted support and they suggested it's likely problem with the hub and will escalate to engineers.
But then next day the ticket was closed as I didn't respond to that (there was nothing to respond to as I was waiting for escalation).
I asked to reopen the ticket but haven't heard back for a few days now.
Thanks for the info, I hope this gets resolved. I have noticed that my modes are not switching again, so I don't know what is going on. Manually switching modes is not fun.
