Same here. Was seeing my hue bridge drop frequently and it was an intermittent cable issue.
Which logs would be the best to check requests from maker api
Maker Api should show up as an app on the App Stats tab. Won't show you the splits, but should give you some overall numbers.

I think those stats look ok. I would suggest looking into what @mike.maxwell and @oldcomputerwiz suggested above.
By comparsion, here are the highest app stats for both of my Hubitats that have a current uptime of ~2 weeks.

How did you all add those extra columns?
I think you hit the two arrow bit to expand and chose what you want to see.
