Hubitat Included in SmartHome Purchase Inaccessible

I bought a home that included a Hubitat with smarthome features configured. I now need to take over the device for myself as the new owner. Previous owner confirmed that they deregistered the Hubitat, however, when I search for Hubs during setup it finds the Hub and it is still under the previous owners account. I have emails from the owner showing that I purchased the house with the Hubitat and stating that he deregistered it. Can someone from Hubitat support please look into this issue and assist in registering the device under me?

Have you tried just logging into the hub? I am not sure how it works if you de-register a fully setup hub, usually that is done with a reset hub. What should have been done was an admin account transfer How can I transfer my Hubitat hub to new owner? - #3 by aaiyar
