Hubitat Hub hangs for the past 3 afternoons

I need some help identifying a problem with my Z-Wave devices on Hubitat.

For the past 3 days when I get home and ask Alex to turn on any Z-Wave light, she responds “Sorry, _______ is not responding”.

Today, I opened the Hubitat Android app on my phone to see if I could manually turn on the lights, but the App responds with the following error;

Error
url: https://service.cloud.hubitet.com/mobilrAPI/getDashboards
code: 504
body:okhttp3
Respond Body$1@8dc42fb
. OK

I retyped this space for space exactly as it appears on the mobile app screen.

Next I went to Alexa.amazon.com and had her forget everything on my network. When it completed the rediscovery, only the couple of WiFi devices I have on my network were discovered.

Using Chrome, I can access the main hub page and the Dashboard lets me turn the Z-Wave devices on and off.

I am running Hubitat Elevation® Platform Version 2.1.3.120

Monday and Tuesday, I fixed the problem by unplugging the Hubitat Hub C-5 for 10 seconds then letting it reboot.

Has anyone else experienced any problems?

I am hoping I am not the only person in the world with this problem.
Thanks

Bill

Please upgrade to 2.1.3.125 which has some critical bug fixes.

Now running version 2.1.3.125. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow when I get home from work.

Before I rebooted the hub Today, I clicked on the 'Check for Updates" and it responded the software is current. After the reboot, it told me there was an update available.

Thanks (again)
Bill

Also, if you just unplugged the hub without shutting down through the web UI then you may have corrupted the database. You may need to restore a database backup.

Edit: obviously all OK.

Thanks zarthan
