Hubitat flashes red and green

Bought a new Hubitat Elevation Model C-8 Pro US Version . The LED never turns completely green. It slowly flashes between green and red. Plugged it into the router, then the power. MyNewHubitat is not discoverable on the lan. It is not registering. We tried known working ports and known working different cable, I tried DHCP and tried setting a static IP address. So far the light starts off blue then turns to green and red flashing and is undiscoverable.

Welcome to the Hubitat community! Typically this means you don't have an internet connection for some reason. Is the device working and can you access the device, or is is not showing up on your network? If you can access the hub, there was a bug in a recent firmware where this light would flash when it shouldn't have. I believe the latest firmware corrects that, so if you can access the hub, I would do an update through the Settings tab. For the following, I am assuming you can't access t…

Thank you! We can not access it at all. Hubitat is sending us a new one. Looking forward to using it once it arrives.
