Hubitat Elevation - Refreshing Token Issue

Hello,

I have a Hubitat C-7 for my home and everything was working great. I purchased a C-8 Pro for the home and will be keeping the C-7 for my rental home. I followed the instructions on how to migrate from one device to another with minimal issues. Both devices have been updated to platform 2.4.0.146. The C-8 Pro is up and running the home great, but with one exception. When I open up the Hubitat Elevation app on my Google Phone it shows both Hubitats (C-7 and C-8 Pro). When I select either one of them the app indicates it is "refreshing token" and then the app closes. I have rebuilt the databse, rebooted numerous times, and update every token I could find in the Hubitat settings but still keep getting the same results. I have scoured all community posts for an answer but just can't find one related to this issue. Since I have to log into the Hubitat Elevation when first opening the app I am thinking there may be something that needs changed or fixed on my account that I cannot see.

Any help getting issue resolved would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

Delete the mobile app and reinstall it.

Thanks for responding. I have uninstalled several times. Cleared the cache and storage with no change in the outcome. My wife's phone is having the same issue. At this point I am at wits end.

Does it do it as soon as you select the hub, or after the next screen where you select your device? If its after the device have you tried letting the app create a new device?

Update: Solved issue. Both phones had an app called NextDNS installed which creates a private DNS path. Temporarily disable private DNS and opened Hubitat Elevation with no issues, Closed app and then re-enabled private DNS and then reopened app with no issues. I am guessing the private DNS was preventing the Hubitat API from updating after migrating the to the C-8 Pro and re-initializing the older C-7

@bobbyD FYI see above in case it comes up with anyone else.
