I use the Zigbee inrr 264 bulbs and they work fine. The new ones I got are 264-2 and they will not even connect to my Hubitat c7. They must be using new firmware. The bulbs all connect fine to my Alexa device, which has a built-in Zigbee hub. When you apply power to these bulbs, they immediately go into pairing mode, but my Hubitat hub never sees them. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I might do or is it going to require a change in my hub firmware?
You can try using Pair while exchanging keys in the clear and if/when the device actually pairs, re-pair it once again if needed using the normal procedure without removing the device.
When did you pair them to Alexa? Did you reset them after to then pair them with Hubitat?
Gemini:
"To reset Innr 264 bulbs, first turn the bulb on for at least 5 seconds, then switch it off and on 6 times, leaving it off for about 5 seconds each time and on for less than one second. The bulb will flash when it has been successfully reset to factory settings and is ready for re-pairing with a new gateway or app"
Seems to be the same procedure for the -2. I would try resetting them anyway, and then use double luck voodoo or any of the other methods found here to get problem devices to pair.
A trick I used to use was to go to Zigbee settings and rebuild the Zigbee network, and then try to pair again.
I did a search on this, and I can see where it shows up on somebody’s system after doing a manual Zigbee connection. For some reason, I don’t have that option on my system at all. I must be doing something wrong.
They’re supposed to be backwards compatible, but it seems like there have been other devices that would only join to a Zigbee 3.0 coordinator. I think the Echo has a Zigbee 3.0 radio which might explain why it connects without a problem.
