I just joined two RIng Motion Detectors V1 4SP1S70EN0.
The instructions for joining are:
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
- See Discovering your devices for detail instructions.
- Open the motion sensor cover.
- Quickly remove and replace the battery to begin Inclusion to the Z-Wave network.
When I replaced the battery the detector blinked 3 times and didn't join. I had to press the tamper switch once to get the detector to join. After pressing the tamper switch the detector started blinking. So I suggest adding a step 4. So the instructions should read:

- Quickly remove and replace the battery.
