Weeks ago I requested cancellation of my hubitat subscription since I was selling my home and transferring the device to a new admin. To date, no progress. I don't have access to the home anymore and need to get this done. Is there anyway to get a response from Hubitat besides the web based screens where you send in the info?

and after logging in, you'll see a list of subscriptions. Click VIEW and there's a big ol' Cancel button for you to click
They made it Self-Service a few months ago.
