Hubitat C8 Status LED Descriptions

Is there any documentation that gives a description of the Hubitat status LED colors? I searched the documentation and posts and couldn't find it.

The other morning my C8 had a steady blue LED and nothing was working. A simple power-off reboot got it back to a steady green LED. But now I'm curious what happened to cause the blue LED in the first place.

Hopefully someone will correct any inaccuracies in my response:

steady red: OS is not running; hubitat platform is not running; diagnostic tool is not running
steady blue: OS is running; hubitat platform is not running; diagnostic tool should be running
steady green: OS is running; hubitat platform is running; diagnostic tool should be running

flashing red/green: OS is running, hubitat platform is running; diagnostic tool should be running; hub is not connected to the LAN.
