Hubitat (C-7) keeps hanging -- any suggestion to find out the root cause?

Hi,
I have a C-7 which has been working great until lately and it keeps hanging. I can't connect to it using the app, or the browser and the only way I can resolve this is to unplug it, and plug it back in.

I am running the latest version 2.3.9.193. I also have had this the previous version and used the diagnostics tool to get the latest one and install it.

The hubitat would be working OK for a day or two and then back to this state.

Sometimes after a reboot it will give an alert that the load is high, but not everytime. And I don't have anything new or different installed on it recently - it has been with the same load. Any ideas on how to diagnose the issue?
Appreciate any pointers.




Is it a hardware starting to fail? I do have another C-7 sitting - should I try that and move things to that? If so, how can I move over the details.

I got this again after posting this and rebooting and I also changed the ethernet cable just to avoid that as an issue. Posting more screenshots from the machine now instead of the phone.
