I have a problem with the Hubitat application and favorites. I have not defined any favorite (star) devices for myself. Yet when I open the application, one of the devices on the home page is marked with a star and is a so-called favorite. If I click on the small star on the device in that view, I get a confirmation that the favorite has been removed. I close the application and open it again. The favorite is still gone. The next day or a few hours later, when I open the application, this same device is again marked with a star as a favorite on the home page. This is not a personal "favorite", because the same device also appears as a favorite on the home page of the application for other users. How can I get rid of this annoyance?
Has it been removed as a favorite for all users? Is it something another user does want as a favorite?
There is absolutely no family members that wants any of the devices as favorite on the main page of application 
Where do I choose favorites for all users and favorites for the user..for example me? If they are common for all users then why can't I get rid of it by removing it from favorites? Who controls common favorites. I'm confused.
How about trying this: On the Home page, click the gear at the top-right. Then click on Home Page Settings. Look for the "Favorite Devices" and turn that off. See if that fixes the problem.
That fixes it by hiding favorites. I would like to understand where and how do I control favorites on mobile app and fix the issue from there.
