What browser are you using? Firefox and Safari both have problems after recent updates:

Firefox update causes issues with hubs discovery

We have identified an issue with the latest Firefox update that may cause hub discovery issues when using findmyhub.hubitat.com. Our engineers are investigating the problem. A work around for now is using an alternative browser such as Chrome or Safari, or visiting getstarted.hubitat.com. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
