I am a new user and having no luck with Hubitat. I have a pile of Aeon Micro Smart G2 switches (DSC26 / DSC18) plus some double G2 Micro switches and it barely works. I've been able to set them all - excluded them and added them to Hubitat. I set them all to 'Aeon Micro Switch' and saved them. I did a Z-waver repair and it showed they are communicating. Some even give me a energy reading, but only a few work and work very slowly. So far this Huibitat device has been a bit of a disappointment. Hopefully it is just me. Any advice with Aeon devices? The Dashboard shows the devices, but when I push a button, it just shows the hourglass forever even if the light turns on. I even set up a Schlage lock and it just says 'unknown' on the dashboard. It locked once, but will do nothing else. FYI - all of these devices worked great with Wink for the last year.
I have 30 aeon micro dimmers and switches (non energy) in my production network, all,of them work correctly.
After changing the driver did you click configure?, by default these devices do not report state changes, clicking configure will set the parameters required.
Mike,
Thank you – hitting configure seems to have worked. Why is this not listed in the Documentation? Seems like an important step.
Can you expand on what you mean by ‘these devices do not report state changes’?? They seem reported state changes just fine - except for the double switches.
And sorry – another couple questions – how do you get the Aeon Double Micro switches to register in the software? Currently they just show as one switch.
Last - what do you mean by ‘changing the driver’? Do you mean ‘Type’? If not, I thought the Aeon Micro switches already had a driver loaded.
The Dashboard response on the iPhone is a bit odd. Took me a bit, but know I realize that what ever is done on the PC, the same happens on the Phone. This does not really work in some cases. Is there a way to tweak the Dashboard Tile sizes/config separate on the iPhone?
Apollo
Thanks
We don't have a driver for the double switch.
So I'm talking specifically about the single switch and dimmer.
When the joined, what driver did they choose?

@patrick On the dashboard question...
You can clear the row height and column width is settings and it will size dashboard to fit the screen. Or you can make mobile specific dashboards.
Not clear on your iPhone issue. Isolate dashboard and test the device change of state in the device details. If that changes, dashboard should change.
There is one restriction on iOS is that local dashboard links must be http and not https as iOS does not allow secure access to websockets from unsigned certs.
