Is it possible to use the 2GIG alarm panel as a secondary controller for HE so I can use the alarm panel to turn lights off and on as the alarm arms and disarms?
Maybe this will do what your looking for.
Check the zwave options in your GC3. Maybe there is a option to add. When I upgraded my cell module (Simon xt) to a 4glte zwave plus the option to "add to existing network" appeared. I haven't got around to doing it yet. I was told it will remove all existing devices then import from the HE.
With the ADC app linked above you can write rules to control lights, modes etc based on arm/disarm
