Your advice would be very much appreciated!
I purchased the C7 hub in 2022, but never managed to get it working.
Now I'm retired, I'm trying again.
My first obstacle is logging onto my account, using the Android app.
I’m trying to logon.
I KNOW my password.
I get message wrong username/password.
I attempt to complete “I have forgotten my password.
You reply “No such user.”
I try to create an account:
Reply “Account already exists.”
Possibly an issue with the mixed-case email address. I seem to recall this being an issue for some users, although I am not sure what the fix is... Definitely @bobbyD will know.
@peter22 - You may have more luck simply trying to log into your Hubitat cloud account at https://my.hubitat.com versus trying to use the Hubitat mobile app. At least until you get your login credentials sorted out.
This is typical symptom of the account only having lower case letters, but you are trying to log in using upper case letters. You should be able to log in using only lower case letters for your email account.
