Check 2.2.9.145... it looks like locking up local storage was causing a handful of issues besides one described above, and I had to unlock it back. Hubigraph should work again on 145.

I can confirm the 2.2.9.145 seems to have resolved the long term storage fail. I just upgraded from 2.2.9.139 and my Hubigraph Time Graph which illustrates my sump pump cycle appears to be back to normal.
