Hub wipes new changes after reboot

Hub Version: 2.4.2.158
Hub Hardware: C-7

I recently did the update to 2.4.2.158 (don't remember previous version, but was not behind updates). Now, whenever the hub reboots, even a graceful reboot, the hub wipes any new changes since the update. Apps, devices, all gone without a trace.

Ideas on where to start checking before I try to roll it back to previous version?

Sounds like database corruption. First thing I'd try is a reboot with database rebuild (or a backup with a soft reset and restore).

Tried a reboot with database rebuild, unfortunately the issue persists.

Did you make a change after the rebuild and then reboot to test, or just lost your changes during the boot with the rebuild?

Rebooted with rebuild, waited 8 hours (I got busy), added an app (simple automation rule), confirmed it was there, rebooted, gone.

I rolled back to 157 via the diag menu and replicated the test, the app stayed installed past reboot.
