Hub will not restart .
HAN the hub on power green lights on it won't function anything only way I can get it to function is unplug it and plug it back in this has happened 10 times every time I wanna use it. I gotta unplug it and plug it back in ridiculousness Wi-Fi goes out it screws up power goes out cycles screws up. Don't understand. I have it wired directly to the hub Internet hub.
I agree it doesn't make sense that you can't access it. But I feel we (not just me) need to work through this methodically and identify where the issue is. There is obviously something not right and there are smart people here that can help work that out. There may also be a similar case being discussed, but would not want to conflate issues unnecessarily....
There's some basics that many will ask for, and some that I will forget....
Are you using an ethernet or Wi-Fi connection?
Have you reserved an IP address on your router and/or set a static IP Address on the HE hub?
What model and platform version are you running?
I'm sure there is more I have missed from Jeff's Wiki....
