Hub unreachable C-7

I may have interrupted the C-7 Hub update. The hub cannot be seen on my network. I have no access, the error is the hub is unreachable. The light on the hub goes from blue to green after a power cycle. How can the hub be acessed for a soft reset ?

Maybe the IP address changed upon reboot?

Can you go to your internet router, and find the IP address table, and look for a device that starts with a MAC address of 34:E1:D1. Type or paste that IP into your address bar and press enter.

If that doesn't work, do the network reset procedure in the following document and see if that helps you to access the hub. Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation

Press the reset button on the bottom of the hub for 7 seconds (it will be the only round hole out of all the square ones) Use a paper clip or toothpick. This will reset ONLY the network interface. After that try going to http://hubitat.local

The fact that the LED turns green, it means that interrupting the update didn't have a negative effect. If it did, the LED would likely stay blue. Green LED means that the platform is running. If you are unable to access the hub, there may be a network issue. To confirm the network problem, try to access the Diagnostic Tool. If you can access the Diagnostic Tool, then likely the problem is a database issue. If you can't access it, then look into network troubleshooting (E.G. has the IP changed, is anything on your network that might block hub's access, is the Ethernet cable working properly, etc).
