One of my hubs started acting weird last night - after a complete power cycle - it works fine for 30-60 minutes and then everything stop working - no commands are send to any device.
the hub UI is functioning, logs are populated with information but nothing really works - not rules / automation etc.
Now what? I tried power cycle it (disconnect and reconnect the power cable) multiple times - I get the same behavior every time - 3 times already.
I checked and there are no Ghot devices in my ZWave network.
I even removed the latest lock I added yesterday.
Now what? Any ideas?
We're you shutting down before power cycling? If not you will likely need to do a soft reset.
Have you looked at your logs and events to see if anything is spamming your meshes?
That is very odd and extremely rare, are you sure that devices aren't working, so the rules aren't performing as expected? As @rlithgow1 suggested, performing a Soft Reset with restore may fix the problem.

Thanks, I did not do the "shut down" before the power cycle - Is it needed/must?
It is working again after another Power cycle 30 minutes ago and if happens again, I'll do backup and soft reset.
Will update here later.
You may get away with it. It's happened to me a few times but recently I had an unexpected power down that corrupted the database necessitating a soft reset and restore. I'm looking to get a small UPS and configure a rule to automate a shutdown in the event of a power fail. There's a post relating to this.
It is recommended as if the power loss happens when events are recorded in the database, it could happen that the tables remain locked, so the database would need to be replaced (Soft Reset).
After working ok for 2 hours , the hub failed again, logs of the hub and Zwave continued to populate with commands etc. but nothing worked.
I then took backup, did soft reset and the hub restarted it self and came back in the same exact way - nothing worked.
I now shut it down, waited 15 sec. ,power cycle it and things are working again.
I now power cycled both hubs I have and will update later what happen.
Seems like after the last power cycle and shutdown of both resolved the issue and all is working for now.
I would still do a soft reset in case of corrupted database
Yes already done this on the problematic hub and so far it is working.
I 'm now suspecting that the Master hub (The other one I have) got into a limbo stat and somehow impact the behavior of the remote hub (Just theory based on what I experienced).
I only did soft reset of the problematic remote hub, shut down & power cycle both hubs and since then things seems to be back to normal.
