I tried restoring to both an older firmware and an older backup (in various permutations). Nothing works. I am sometimes getting this message:
Corrupt database found
Hub cannot continue. Please try the following actions:
- Reboot the hub. Sometimes, a database file is locked but otherwise intact.
- If that doesn't help, the hub needs a soft reset followed by a database restore.

I tried rebooting, I tried powering off/on, I tried the soft reset (in the diagnostics menu) followed by a database restore. It always goes back to the Get Started page and nothing is there.
Maybe I am trying things in the wrong order, but even going back to an older firmware with an older backup did not seem to work either.
