Hub Protect Warranty

I have submitted a hub protect warranty, and haven't heard anything back from hubitat. I've been a hub protect member for 4 years, since the beta. I submitted everything via the warranty page, and again no response. support@hubitat.com is an unmonitored account now.

Is hubitat going downhill and I need to start considering switching to home assistant now? I seriously don't understand what is going on and why I can't get the support I used to get from hubitat.

When did you submit the warranty claim online?
