I have protect on another hub that expires 8/31. The renewal price is $29. How do I renew that at the $20 for additional hub based on my main hub? Hope that makes sense….
I think I figured it out. Cancel current subscription. After it expires resubscribe at the $20 rate. Does that sound right?
The only way to do it is to cancel the service and resubscribe while the promotional multi-hubs discount of $25 for additional Hub Protect hubs is still active. There are no immediate plans on decreasing the multi-hubs discount as of today, but that may change before your additional service expires.
If I do that now does the new subscription start immediately or after the other one expires?
After the existing subscription expires. Once you cancel the service, it will remain active but in "pending cancelation" until it expires. At that point turns from pending cancelation to canceled.
