Hub protect not activated on registered hub

I have 3 hubs and 3 hub protect subscriptions. However, only two of the hubs show up as protected and the third one is asking me to buy a new subscription again. Can someone please help me fix this?

It sounds like your Hub protect plan on that hub expired. You'll have to renew. You can go to support.hubitat.com and click on subscriptions and it will send a message to @support_team about it

Yes possibly expired or somehow got detached from your hub. Use that web form to open a case and they will get it sorted out for you.
