Hub problem

I have a C8 and all of a sudden all I have is a blue light. Tried unplugging for 2 minutes, pressing the soft reset on bottom of hub to no avail.
I have no idea what to do next.

Can you get to the Diagnostics Menu (http://<yourHubIP>:8081)?

I'm able to get there using the android app

Tried rebooting and soft reset . Restore now in process

Were you trying to update the hub right before you noticed the blue led? If that's the case, the first thing to try is to restore to previous version, then try to update again.

No it just stopped. I noticed it when a motion sensor did not respond.
I tried soft reset and got a green light after I did a restore. The the hub auto reboot and the light stays blue.

Looks like it's back
I have a green light. Looks like it's working now. Remote are controlling the devices.

do a reboot with a database rebuild just to be on the safe side. And if you don't have it get hub protect so both your z-wave and zigbee radios are backed up since local backups don't do that.,
