Tried the update tonight, never got past 10% and then timed out after awhile.
Now the hub is inaccessible via web, etc.
Before I do a reboot, is there anything else I should try?

There's always a risk with unplugging the power... vs a graceful shutdown.

You could 'downgrade' via that URL. But it's quite a good sign if you see anything, independent of using the page.
