Hub not downloading / updating to 2.4

Hello,
I'm having trouble getting my Hub to update to the latest version. I've tried at least a half dozen times to use the Settings > Check for Updates > Update hub, but 1) It downloads extremely slowly, and then finally errors out and then 2) fails to finish download and fails the update.

Tried rebooting the hub then update again, no download, no dice. Doesn't seem to be a way to download my own copy and sideload that I've run across, so I'm at a loss here.

I have successfully updated it before, I searched the forum here and checked the FAQ, seems that my issue might be unique to my unit?
Hardware version: C-8 Pro

Currently running version: 2.3.9.193

New version available: 2.4.0.148

Post here isn't letting me add screenshots, but I have some and I've seen it download no more than about 15% before erroring out with the message: "Download failed."

GO to Settings > Network

Change the ethernet speed from 100mbps <> Auto (switch it from whatever it is now).

For some reason that seems to fix this issue, resets the ethernet port or something, not sure exactly why it works.

That worked! It was set to Fixed 100Mbps, changed to Auto negotiate, the update downloaded in seconds and is updating presently. Thank you!
