Hub Mesh - unable to add an "Available" Linked device

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has experienced a problem that I'm facing.

I've migrated a pair of hubs from C5 to C8. They had hub mesh configured, and I was having issues with a number of devices. I removed a linked device on the receiving hub as part of troubleshooting, and now I am unable to add it back.

The device in question shows up on the receiving side Hub Mesh -> Linked Devices -> Available on..
When I press the "+" icon, I get the popup to link, and if I press "Yes", it shows a spin animation for a second, but doesn't add.

I have tried:

  • disabling mesh, refreshing etc.
  • disabled/enabled mesh on device settings from the source hub.
  • tried renaming the device -> shows up correctly on the receiving hub, but same result.
  • tried removing another linked device from receiving hub. Shows up in the "Available", and am able to add correctly.

It seems like it's specific to this particular device.

Also, I don't see any hub related logs while adding.

Any help or suggestions will be great.
Cheers,
Ed

Solved. Reboot hub.
I can't believe I've tried all those other stuff without trying a reboot. After a reboot, the add button did the same thing (not adding), but when I refreshed the page, it was moved.
