Just installed 2.3.6.136 on both my C8 hubs, the Hub Mesh between both hubs was very slow to connect after the reboot.
Is this to be expected with the change to mDNS?

Probably not, but just to see if it helps: have you set different Hub Name on LAN values in Settings > Hub Details to see if it makes things faster (assuming you still have both set to the default hubitat)?
This setting is new in 2.3.6.

Happy to report that changing the Hub Name on LAN greatly speeded up the reconnection of Hub Mesh after a reboot.
Those should automatically default to the hub name or something unique.

That solved it for me as well. Maybe a notification with a suggestion to change it, once a conflicting name is discovered across the mesh?
My understanding is that mDNS is supposed to solve this on its own, so it's not something you should have to worry about, but I passed on the above suggestion since it's seemed to help in some cases. Maybe something for @gopher.ny to ponder.
