Hub Mesh Child Devices are Disabled

Getting some weird behaviour with Hub Mesh on 2.3.9.162 between a C8 (hosting the device) and a C7 (receiving the device via Hub Mesh). Firmware versions are matching.

I'm sharing a smart extension with three child devices, which are the three individually controllable sockets on the extension. The parent device reports in perfectly and is controllable, turning all sockets on and off at the same time. But the child devices, which are all Generic Component Switch devices, are marked as offline. They work perfectly on the host hub.

On the receiving hub I see that they're disabled. I hit the Enable button and for a matter of seconds I can control the individual socket. It almost immediately becomes disabled again. I don't see anything in the logs related to this.

While "Current States" are shown, I see hubMeshDisabled appear in the states.

I refresh the page and it's back to being disabled.

This is a driver I wrote, so I'd happily accept it's some mistake I've made... except I have other devices of the same type which were shared to the C7 from the C8 previously using the same driver which worked perfectly the first time they were added and continue to work now.

Help!

Weird. It took an hour, but it's working fine now. :man_shrugging:

I having the exact same issue! Are you saying that it resolved itself after an hour?

It did, after a little time it worked just fine.

Thanks. Restarting the hub seems to expedite the process too.

Thanks for this post......I had the exact same problem. Time and a reboot was my fix too.
